Background and Perspective

Because the way you build a career tends to shape the way you approach every deal.

Built on Experience, Grounded in Family

Neal DiChiara’s path into commercial real estate wasn’t linear, it was built over time through engineering, development, and hands-on experience in the field.

After earning a degree in Civil Engineering and completing his MBA at The University of Alabama, Neal worked in design and project management with regional developers, contributing to projects for national retailers including Walmart, Lowe’s, Ross Dress for Less, Chick-fil-A, and Verizon. He later moved into multifamily development, helping execute more than $220 million in transactions across multiple states.

Along the way, Neal also spent time working within The University of Alabama’s Facilities and University Lands operations, gaining firsthand insight into the processes and relationships that shape development in Tuscaloosa.

Today, that background informs how he approaches brokerage; with structure, long-term perspective, and a focus on execution.

Outside of work, Neal is a husband and father of three daughters. He stays actively involved in his community through his church, local organizations, and his kids’ activities; maintaining a connection to the same community he works in every day.
