Voices from the Closing Table
Commercial real estate is ultimately a people business.
Here's what a few clients and partners have shared about working with Neal.
“Neal and his team did an outstanding job representing us on the ground lease for our car wash development site. His command of the Tuscaloosa MSA — from land values and rents to competing projects and tenant expectations — gave us confidence that we were making the right longterm decision for this site. We consider Neal a true expert in this market and would gladly work with him again on future development opportunities.”
Tom Spies, President, LIV Ventures
“These guys are easy to work with, and they get results”
Eddy Minges, Investor
“We chose to work with Neal and his team because from the very first meeting it was obvious that not only were they the most enthusiastic about taking our building to market, but their unmatched understanding of this asset type and local market would position us to achieve the highest possible sale price with the strongest terms. Their proven system produced results while I stayed focused on running my business, and I always felt confident that every detail of the sale process was being handled proactively and professionally.”
Nick Wright, Owner, Special Events Management, Inc.
